1. Warranty Duration and Coverage All Forward WIP products come with a limited two-year warranty from the date of purchase by the original owner. This warranty exclusively covers manufacturing and workmanship defects. In the event of a product exchange, the initial warranty period remains applicable; no warranty extension will be granted. 2. Warranty Validity This warranty is valid only if the product has been purchased from an authorized Forward WIP retailer, whose list is available under: Where to Buy – Forward WIP. 3. Claim Procedure Any warranty claim must be made directly to the original retailer (physical store or online). The purchase of a product establishes a legal contract between the buyer and the retailer, who serves as the primary point of contact for all warranty, service, or product liability-related inquiries. Any request addressed to another retailer will be handled at their discretion. 4. Warranty Exclusions The Forward WIP warranty does not cover: Normal wear and tear of products. Accidental damage. Improper maintenance, mishandling, or negligence. Natural material degradation due to use or exposure. Damage resulting from impact or improper use contrary to recommendations. Forward WIP reserves the exclusive right to assess the nature of reported defects and determine whether they fall under warranty coverage. 5. Required Documentation Any warranty request must be accompanied by the following: A valid and dated proof of purchase. High-resolution photographs illustrating the damage. A detailed description of the circumstances that led to the damage. Incomplete requests will not be considered. 6. Liability Limitations Forward WIP disclaims any responsibility for: Indirect or consequential damages related to a defect. Material or financial losses. Warranty Limitation for Witalky Products Forward WIP guarantees its Witalky products against any defects for a period of six months from the date of delivery or purchase. During this period, Forward WIP may choose between replacing the defective product at its expense or repairing it. Only part replacement costs will be covered; labor costs are excluded. The warranty does not cover: Normal wear and tear of products. Non-compliant use contrary to the instructions in the technical documentation. Lack of maintenance, negligence, or unauthorized installation/modification of the product or its accessories. 8. Warranty Limitation for Batteries Batteries are covered by a 90-day warranty from the date of purchase. The warranty covers only: Batteries whose charging capacity drops below 80% of their rated capacity. Batteries that leak. Final Clause This warranty constitutes the entire commitment of Forward WIP to its customers regarding manufacturing defects. Forward WIP disclaims any liability if the purchased product does not comply with the legislation of the delivery country outside the European Union and Switzerland.
