Contract creation and electronic contracting
The technical steps required to create the contract between you and us are as follows:
-You place the order for your products on the Website by adding the items to your cart. You can then press check out and follow the proccess to step 4 where pressing the Place Order button at the end of the checkout process is your obligation to pay. Your obligation to pay is also in force when you use the yellow Paypal check out button or any of the card provider icons.
We accept the following means of payment:

-We will send to you an order acknowledgement email detailing the products you have ordered. This is not an order confirmation or order acceptance from www.24-7boardsports.com.
-As your product is shipped from us we will send you a dispatch confirmation email.
-Order acceptance and the completion of the contract between you and us will take place on the dispatch to you of the Products ordered unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order, or you have cancelled it in accordance with our instructions.
Non-acceptance of an order may be a result of one of the following:
-The product you ordered being unavailable from stock.
-Our inability to obtain authorization for your payment.
-The identification of a pricing or product description error.
-You not meeting the eligibility to order criteria set out in the main Terms & Conditions.
The contract will be concluded in English.

If you buy goods from us, we have a legal obligation to supply goods that are in conformity with the contract.

-We may make a deduction from the reimbursement for loss in value of any goods supplied, if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you as detailed in our Returns Policy. We will make the reimbursement no later than 14 days after the day we receive back from you any goods supplied.

GUARANTEES AND WARRANTIES
We always honour the manufacturer's warranty period where offered; these are usually one year unless otherwise stated. Please see individual product pages for details. They will then manage the warranty through www.24-7boardsports.com and in accordance with their warranty policy on the specific product.

-Any loss suffered as a result of not being able to use the product, or any loss over and above the purchase price of the original item
-Servicing, inspecting or cleaning of the product; and failure to follow the manufacturer’s instructions and/or installation guidelines

-Please note that our guarantees provide services for goods bought and used in the UK, the Isle of Man and the Channel Islands.

Nothing in the Conditions shall exclude or limit our liability for death or personal injury resulting from our negligence or that of our servants, agents or employees.
Events Outside of our Control
We will not be liable or responsible for any failure to perform, or delay in performance of, any of our obligations under the Contract that is caused by events outside our reasonable control (Force Majeure Event).
Our performance under any Contract is deemed to be suspended for the period that the Force Majeure Event continues, and we will have an extension of time for performance for the duration of that period. We will use our reasonable endeavours to bring the Force Majeure Event to a close or to find a solution by which our obligations under the Contract may be performed despite the Force Majeure Event.
If any part of the Conditions shall be deemed unlawful, void or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed to be severable from the Conditions and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any of the remaining provisions of the Conditions.
No waiver by us shall be construed as a waiver of any proceeding or succeeding breach of any provision.
Each provision of the Conditions shall be construed as separately applying and surviving even if for any reason one or other of those provisions is held to be inapplicable or unenforceable in any circumstances.
These Conditions govern our relationship with you. Any changes to these Conditions must be in writing and signed by both parties. In this way, we can avoid any problems surrounding what 24-7boardsorts and you are expected to do. You confirm that, in agreeing to accept the Conditions, you have not relied on any representation save insofar as the same has expressly been made a term of these Conditions and you agree that you shall have no remedy in respect of any representation. The Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
