Advanced Hull
We have evolved the previous cut outs of the Fire towards a lighterand refined step.
The step hull is a principle from competition boats seeking to plan quickly. The step creates a depression behind it, which has the effect of sucking in air from the edges of the hull.
An air cushion is created, thus reducing friction. As the board accelerates, the wetted surface area of the board decreases drastically, reducing drag. Allowing earlier takeoff compared to a flat hull.
The rounded hull will absorb impacts by distributing water flows during landings, thus preventing you from unnecessary falls.
