Warranty Information

AUTHORIZED NAISH DEALER WARRANTY POLICY Warranty Coverage Kubus Sports B.V. and/or its subsidiaries (Seller) warrants that the products sold and delivered to authorized Naish dealers, including but not limited to importers and retailers (Buyer), shall be free from manufacturing defects and material defects for a period of 180 days from the date of delivery to the Buyer. This warranty applies exclusively to the originally purchased products and is non-transferable. What is Covered Manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. Failures under normal recreational use of the product. New products purchased by consumers from an authorized Naish dealer. What is NOT Covered Normal Wear and Tear: general signs of use such as scratches, discoloration, or cosmetic marks. Accidental Damage: Damage caused by impact, crashes, sharp objects, incorrect landings, or abuse. Improper Use: Rigging or use with non-Naish products, neglect, or exposure to harmful conditions. Natural Causes: Storms, salt corrosion, UV damage, or other environmental factors. Alterations and Repairs: Any unauthorized modifications or repairs void the warranty. Commercial/Professional Use: Products used in schools, rental centers, or by professional athletes. Second-Hand/Demo Equipment: Used, demo, or test products sold as is. Limitations Implied warranties or other statutory warranties, including but not limited to conformity warranties under European law, are expressly excluded for B2B transactions, to the extent permitted by applicable law. The exclusive remedy of the Buyer for any claimed defect shall be repair or replacement of the defective product at the expense of Seller. Refunds or other damages are expressly excluded. Claim Procedure The Buyer must notify the Seller in writing within 10 days of discovering a defect and make the defective product available for inspection by the Seller, including a copy of the original delivery note and order confirmation. Products not submitted according to this procedure are not eligible for warranty claims. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution This Agreement shall be governed by the law of the Seller's country (e.g., Dutch or US law), unless otherwise agreed in writing.
