Three-step Rocker Profile

A departure from our more usual constant curve camber Baracus features a highly developed 3-stage profile. Increased grip and POP are joined by reduced spin-out and more edge hold. Faster, stronger and more forgiving – the perfect recipe for a Big Air deck.

Dynamic Fin Positioning System (DFPS)

A sign of our constant drive to innovate, the Dynamic Fin Positioning System allows you to tune the amount of rail grip you need depending on the conditions. High levels of grip sacrifice your performance and efficiency in light winds but when the wind cranks up the DFPS allows you to instantly re-align the fins for maximum grip. Maximum efficieny in light winds and maximum grip when powered up – DFPS is a game changer.

Full Length over lapping Drive Channels

By overlapping the rail and tip channels Baracus reduces the energy sapping flex area located just behind the riders rear foot ensuring it can handle high power levels and bone jarringly hard landings with ease. The central tail concave helps to lift the nose- ideal when landing with commitment or when things simply don't go quite as planned!

Warranty Information

Shinn Warranties • All Shinn kiteboards carry a two-year guarantee from the date of sale to the final consumer. Ktwo Distribution LTD reserves the right to make the final decision on any warranty issue. If warranty is granted the product will be replaced free of charge. No warranty will be allowed unless proof of purchase is supplied. In the case of board warranties they will be replaced BOARD ONLY, it is the responsibility of the owner to keep their accessories. All warranty claims should be made directly to the point of purchase, in no case should a claim be made directly to 50fifty unless the final sale was made by 50fifty. • The warranty is applicable to the first and original owner only and is a REPAIR OR REPLACE policy. Be aware that we may repair the product at our discretion. • To submit a warranty claim please take a photo clearly showing the damaged area of the board, the entire deck of the board, the entire base of the board; the size print of the board and the serial number stamped on the tail of the board and then send together with a copy of the original sales invoice via e mail. Please title the e-mail with the serial number and name of the product in question to allow for easy recognition in future referencing. • Under normal circumstances (and assuming you have followed the guidelines laid out here) you will receive an answer on the status of your warranty case within 2 working days from us receiving it. If you do not then we may not have received it so please re send. • Ktwo Distribution LTD is responsible for the failure of material or construction techniques experienced during normal sailing conditions. Impact with ANY hard object (including but not exclusively - rocks, obstacles and the beach) and/or transport damage is expressly excluded and is not covered under this warranty. Any evidence of impact with hard objects excludes the board from any and all warranty coverage. Fin damage is not covered by this warranty. • In the event of the photo’s not being clear you may be asked to send the product back to Ktwo Distribution LTD for inspection. If not, and the warranty is approved, the product must be DESTROYED, with pictures submitted for proof, and disposed of in a way that is both ecologically sound and ensures it can never be used again.
