Direct Replacements for AFS Fuselink/Evo Foil systems from 2024 onwards - For example:

Front Foil to Fuselage (3 x 20mm)

Mast to Fuselage (2 x 40mm or 2 x 45mm most commonly required, but some are 50 mm - Check your existing lengths please)

Plate Head to Board - Check if you have CSK (countersunk head screws) with a V shaped slot in the head plate - If so, you will generally need 4 x 30mm, but some boards can need 35, 25 or even 20mm screws - it is essential the mast head screws do not bottom out in the tracks!

From 2025 most AFS Plate Heads need Pan or Button head screws to fit the straight sided slots - look for this model on our site as well.

From 2026, most AFS M8 screws have changed to TX40 heads, which we can also supply.

Most owners like to run the same TX driver for front foil, mast to fuse and plate head to board - You can use TX40 or TX45 heads in any of these screw locations, as they are completely interchangeable in the foils, its just the key that's different!

We try to always have the most important AFS sizes in stock - You can simply match the ones you have, or order a new set in either format. 

Please remember, 'CSK' (countersunk head screws) are measured as overall length including the head.

Pan, Button, Dome, Cheese head screws are measured from the end of the the thread to the underside of the head
